6 chin ups with leg lifts
6 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts
Run 4.5 miles
6 pull ups with leg lifts
10 box jumps
Monkey bars
6 chin ups with leg lifts
10 box jumps
Monkey bars
6 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts
