I'm running obstacle races hard. I thank God for my health and the US Army for 22 years of physical training. After retiring 10 years ago, I'm still trying to stay in shape. Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training keeps me motivated.

4 Miles and Sandbags
I ran 4 miles in the hills today. I kept it slow and easy as this is a taper off week and I'm getting read for tough mudder. I also wanted to get prepared for the Tough Mudder X competition that I am pre-registered for in October 2018. Run 4 miles With a sandbag (mine in 50 pounds and I'm working my way up to 90 pounds): 10 over head presses x 3
