Here’s an
exercise to get your heart pumping and oxygen to your brain. The motion of the
burpees and squats intermittent with the run will give you the base you need
for the Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, Warrior Dash and other obstacle races. Have fun.

- Run a 5 k
- 100 burpees
- 150 body weigh squats
