  • 11 Alternate grip pull-ups with leg lifts
  • 11 Pull-ups with leg lifts
  • 20 wide arm push-ups
  • 20 sit ups
  • 20 close hand push-ups
  • 20 crunches with leg lifts
  • Stretch
