Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-08/05/16

Warm up:
500 meter row
Walking lunges
Tail kickers run (feet to tailbone)
High knees run (lift knees high)

Main set:
5 Hanging knee ups x 3
5 Hanging leg raises x 3

Do the following 3 x:
3 x 5 squat cleans with 45# bar

Run 200 yards
