Today is devoted to running hills. The OCR World
Championship is taking place at a ski resort; that means mean hills. I don't
have compatible hills where I live, but I am running what few hills I do have.
Today's run is hill repeats; up the hill and back down until you meet your
mileage goal.
Run 6 miles of hill repeats
5 burpees every 1/2 mile
50 air squats throughout the day
10 toes to bar x 2
