Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-5/6/14

Let's run for personal record.

Warm up:
15 push ups
15 air squats
25 jumping jacks

Main set:
Run 4.5 miles
10 burpees x 5 sets

Cool Down:
Walk for 10 minutes
Stretch
