10 x Alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts

10 x elevated wide arm push ups
10 x elevated push ups
10 x elevated close hand push ups

10 x wide arm push ups
10 x elevated push ups
10 x close hand push ups

5 x hanging leg lifts x 3

5 x pull ups

5 x chin ups

Swim .5 miles
