Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-8/17/14

Jump on a trampoline for an hour. I went to Shakalaka with my daughter and played dodge ball, basketball and just had fun on trampolines 

Swim 1/4 mile
7 pull ups with leg lifts
7 chin ups with leg lifts

7 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts Monkey bars x 2 

Walk 2 miles
