Stretch
Rotate
10 pull ups with leg lifts
10 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts
10 chin ups with leg lifts

Run 5 miles

10 forward lunges each leg
10 push ups
10 forward lunges each leg
10 push ups
10 side lunges each leg
Monkey bars x 2
