Stretch
Rotate

10 pull ups with leg lifts
10 walking lunges each leg
10 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts
10 side lunges each leg
10 chin ups with leg lifts
5 side lunges and 5 walking lunges each leg

15 push ups
10 push ups
5 push ups

Swim 1/2 mile

Monkey bars x 2
