- Jog 1/8 mile and perform obstacles

- 3 truck tire flips

- Jog 1/8 mile and perform obstacles
- 45 degree ring monkey bars
- parallel bar walk with dips
- rope climb with 5 pull ups at the top
- balance beam
- monkey bars x 2


Evening
- Complete pull ups until 200
- 100 push ups
