Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-12/8/15

Morning:

90 pull ups (sets of as many as you can do)

Lunch:

Run 5.3 miles easy (long easy run)
40 pull ups along the way (sets of as many as you can do). I did my run on a fitness trail and playground.
Walk .4 miles

Afternoon:
50 pull ups (sets of as many as you can do)

Evening:

20 pull ups (2 sets of 10)

110 air squats
