Pull ups-as many
as possible in one minute. Do reps until you can do no more. Continue to hold
bar attempting pull ups until one minute is complete Rest for 1 minute
Alternate grip pull ups- as many as possible in 45 seconds. Do reps until you
can do no more. Continue to hold bar attempting pull ups until 45 seconds is
complete Rest for 1 minute
Chin ups- as many as possible in in 30 seconds. Do
reps until you can do no more. Continue to hold bar attempting pull ups until
30 seconds is complete Rest for 1 minute
