Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-10/19/14

Walk 2 miles
10 chin ups with leg lifts
20 push ups
10 chin ups with leg lifts
20 push ups
10 chin ups with leg lifts
20 push ups

Take workout to monkey bars or elevated beam.


1 pull up, move hands laterally while in the up position, then lower yourself. Repeat until muscle failure x 3
