Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training 11/23/15

Sets of pull ups with various grips and surfaces. Perform each set until muscle failure.
3 sets of 10 hanging leg lifts
2 sets of 10 Romanian Dead lifts
Walk 1 mile with 2 x 25# sand bags

Walk on 1 x 6  balance beam x 3
