Run In Mud Obstacle Race Training-1/19/16

Run 5 miles 

100 pull ups 

Work out with grip strengthener 

  • Hold for 60 seconds each hand 
  • Hold for 30 seconds each hand 
  • Hold for 20 seconds each hand 
  • Hold for 10 seconds each hand 
Walk .8 miles with 30 pound back pack
