Run In Mud Obstacle Race Training-4/18/16

This is my first workout since my BattleFrog race. It's been over a week and my legs feel ready to run. 

Stretch and rotate muscles and tendons.

Run a 10k at a moderate pace

Do the following 3 times:
10 pull ups with leg lifts
10 curls
10 dumbbell presses
33 push ups

Carry 5 gallon bucket of gravel for .1 miles.
