Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-10/10/16



Run 1/2 mile up hill with 25 pounds then 1/2 mile back down.

Run .1 miles with 2 x 5 gallon water cans.

Run 2 miles at a moderate pace.

20 incline sit ups

Plank 1 minute

Side plank 20 seconds each side.
