I'm running obstacle races hard. I thank God for my health and the US Army for 22 years of physical training. After retiring 10 years ago, I'm still trying to stay in shape. Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training keeps me motivated.

Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-10/10/16
Run 1/2 mile up hill with 25 pounds then 1/2 mile back down. Run .1 miles with 2 x 5 gallon water cans. Run 2 miles at a moderate pace. 20 incline sit ups Plank 1 minute Side plank 20 seconds each side.
