Run in Mud ORT-10/31/16


Warm up:
Stretch and rotate
15 feet high knees
15 feet butt kickers
10 air squats
10 push ups

Main set:
Run easy 2 miles with 5 burpees every 1/4 mile Run 1/4 mile sprints and 1/4 mile jogs up and down hills over 3 miles

5 x 10 air squats

5 x 10 push ups
