Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-3/19/15



The weather fooled me this morning. I thought that there would be a small chance of rain. It held off until about 10 minutes into my run. 

Keep running through the unexpected...

Stretch
Rotate
Run a 5k at a moderate pace.
Climb a rope and do 5 pull ups at the top x 2
