Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-6/3/15

Practice leaping

Warm up:
Stretch and rotate for 5 minutes

Main set:
Run 4.2 miles
Run on curb for balance (intermittently)
Jump over recycle bins
Walking shoulder presses (walk 20 yards while pressing weight overhead 20 times) x 2
Rope climb

Walking shoulder presses get you ready

Cool down:
Walk .3 miles
