Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training

Warm up:
Stretch and rotate for 7 minutes
25 jumping jacks

Main set:
Run 4.1 miles

Cool down:

Walk .3 miles

Lunch:
Walk 1 mile
15 v-ups x 3
15 bent knee v-ups x3
15 horizontal leg lifts x2
15 horizontal pelvic lifts x3
