Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-6/4/15

Warm up:
Stretch and rotate for 6 minutes

Main set:
Run a 5k at a moderate pace.
Rope climb with 6 alternate grip pull ups
Traverse swing set bar
Climb rope wall

Cool down:
Walk .2 miles
