Run 6 miles and incorporate speed work.

Mile 1-run easy

Mile 2- Run 1/4 mile splits

Mile 3-Run 1/4 mile splits

Mile 4-Run at race pace

Mile 5-Run 1/4 mile splits

Mile 6-Run easy
