Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-4/10/16


10 pull ups x 3
Run 5.5 miles
At the 3 mile mark do the following:
10 pull ups x 4
5 pull up bar dips (climb to top of bar and with arms extended, touch chest to bar) x 4

20 push ups x 10
10 pull ups x 3
