I'm running obstacle races hard. I thank God for my health and the US Army for 22 years of physical training. After retiring 10 years ago, I'm still trying to stay in shape. Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training keeps me motivated.

Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training
Run 4 miles with a buddy. Sometimes running with a partner with equal or better performance will enhance yours. Remember, if you are talking, you're probably running too slow. Swim 1600 yards in a pool.
