Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-3/4/14

With the big Spartan Race in just four days, I am tapering my workout even more. If you want to keep your workout hard and heavy, visit my other posts. You'll love them.

Warm up:
Brisk walk for 15 minutes

Main set:
5 pull ups with leg lifts
5 lunges each leg
5 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts
5 side lunges each leg
5 chin ups with leg lifts

Run 1 mile
