Scale down workout for Spartan Race on Saturday

Run an easy 2.5 miles

5 pull ups with leg lifts
5 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts
5 chin ups with leg lifts

10 burpees
7 close hand push ups
25 sit ups
7 push ups
25 crunches
7 wide arm push ups
25 flutter kicks
