Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-9/10/15

Walk 1 mile
Do the following 3 times:
10 push ups
6 pull ups with leg lifts
1 dumbbell squat, 1 dumbbell curl, 1 dumbbell over head press repeat 10 times
Run 4.1 miles
