Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-9/2/2015


Stretch muscles and rotate joints for 5 minutes

Run 4.1 miles
Practice spear throwing
Balance on a curb for 25 feet

Do the following three times:

12 repetitions of the standing overhead dumbbell press
12 dumbbell curls

10 dumbbell squats
