Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-10/14/15

Run 4.5 miles for speed training.

Walk 1 mile.

Warm up for 1 mile at moderate pace.

For the remaining distance, run race speed each 1/4 to 1/3 mile with a short 1/8 to 1/6 mile jog between sprints.

Cool down with 1/4 mile walk.
