I'm running obstacle races hard. I thank God for my health and the US Army for 22 years of physical training. After retiring 10 years ago, I'm still trying to stay in shape. Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training keeps me motivated.

Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-10/14/15
Run 4.5 miles for speed training. Walk 1 mile. Warm up for 1 mile at moderate pace. For the remaining distance, run race speed each 1/4 to 1/3 mile with a short 1/8 to 1/6 mile jog between sprints. Cool down with 1/4 mile walk.
