Run In Mud Obstacle Race Training-10/30/15

Walk 1 mile

130 pull ups (do sets of 10 and 5 throughout the day) Add weight, change grips, whatever you need to make the workout fun and challenging

45 pound dumbbell carry each arm

55 pound dumbbell carry each arm

Walk 1 mile with 25 pound back pack.
