Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-10/27/15

Walk 1 mile

Farm carry with 45 pound dumbbells each hand for 50 feet
10 pull ups x 10 =  100
10 push ups x 20 = 200
20 air squats x 15= 300

10 dead lifts with 25 pound sand bag x 3
