Run In Mud Obstacle Race Training-10/7/15

It is difficult to taper workouts when your body screams to work out. I want to run and workout with obstacles more than I have scheduled, but I know I have to rest. Here is a compromise: a little run, a little walk, and a small obstacle work out to stay loose.

Walk 1 mile while integrating obstacles at each quarter mile interval:

1 x climb obstacle

1 x leap over obstacle

1 x balance obstacle



Stretch and rotate for 6 minutes
