Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-10/1/15

Perform the following circuit 3 x:

10 close hand pull ups
10 hanging straight leg lifts
Dumbbell squat, dumbbell curl, dumbbell overhead press x 12
20 crunches
Farmer dumbbell carries with 2/3 body weight total

Run fast 2 miles
