Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-2/14/16

Rest day workout; no run planned.

Bucket Brigade-Carry 5 gallon bucket filled with gravel for .12 miles
-then-
Sandbags-Farmer carry two 25 pound sandbags for .12 miles
-then-
Backpack-Ruck with 60 pound backpack for .5 miles.
