Bent Leg Raise


Warm up


  • Stretch
  • 10 push ups
  • 20 burpees


  • Run 4 miles


  • 50 sit ups
  • 25 leg spreaders
  • 25 flutter kicks
  • 25 crunches
  • 25 sit ups
  • 30 seconds planking
  • 30 seconds left side planking
  • 30 seconds right side planking
  • 30 seconds planking


Cool down:

  • Stretch
