Obstacle Race Training-5/24/13


  • 11 Pull ups with leg lifts

  • 11 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts

  • 11 chin ups with leg lifts

  • 2.5 miles on the elliptical (set resistance to midpoint) 

  • 20 burpees

  • Stretch
