Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-1/14/15

30 push ups 
20 supine leg lifts
30 push ups 
20 supine leg lifts
30 push ups 
20 supine leg lifts with pelvic thrusts x 2

Walk 1 mile. Along the way:
Bear crawl for 25 feet x 5
10 walking lunges each leg x 5
