Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-1/27/15

Very cold today, so I dressed in extra layers. I ran extra long, and ended up running out of workout time. So, I had to do obstacle training later in the day.

Run 6.2 miles

10 pull ups with leg lifts
10 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts
10 chin ups with leg lifts










4 lengths of the monkey bars
Cannon Balls, Great for pull ups

7 pull ups with Cannon Balls x 3

Walk 1 mile
