7 chin ups with leg lifts
7 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts

30 sit ups

30 push ups

30 air squats

50 flutter kicks

50 scissors kicks

50 crunches

50 supine bicycles

50 flutter kicks

Plank 2 minutes

Plank 1 minute each side
