Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training 12-24-14

1/2 Murph with no run. Finish this exercise and you'll have 50 pull ups, 100 push ups and 150 air squats and a few more thrown in.

30 close hand push ups

Walk 1 mile

30 seconds on monkey bars
