Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-8/28/15

Run 4.1 miles with burpees

End of the week run, but don't slack off yet. In my case, this is the last run of the week, completing almost 21 miles.

Run 1 mile
10 spider man burpees
Run 1 mile
10 spider man burpees
5 pull up bar dips
Run 1 mile
10 spider man burpees
Run 1 mile
10 spider man burpees
Climb 18 foot rope
