Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-8/5/15

Warm up:
Stretch and rotate for 6 minutes
15 burpees

Run 4.1 miles

At the top of each hill or climb, do 15 burpees 

Attempt a total of 80 burpees


Cool down:

Walk .5 miles


The Army 8 count push up.
Throw in a jump and you have a burpee
