Stretch muscles and rotate joints for 6 minutes
Running without humidity is awesome. This morning was in
the cool 60's and low, low humidity. The weather was so nice I shaved of 2
minutes per mile from last week's time.
Where I could barely finish 4 miles, I
ran a 10k today in 46 minutes. Hooah!
Be sure to bring on the water and stay hydrated.
Do the following 3 times:
6 pull ups
15 close hand push ups
