Run in Mud Obstacle Race Training-4/29/15



Run 3.1 miles


Rope climb with 10 alternate grip pull ups at the top.

6 pull ups with leg lifts

5 pull ups with leg lifts

5 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts

5 alternate grip pull ups with leg lifts

5 chin ups with leg lifts

5 chin ups with leg lifts

1 x monkey bars on 4x4 board, face length of board and go hand over hand
 
1x monkey bars on 4x4 board, face perpendicular to board and traverse sideways
